Sajani has been working at TEP since autumn 2024 as an Administrative Coordinator and has also been supporting the company as a Project Assistant since summer 2025.

In her administrative role, she ensures that the company's organizational processes run smoothly. Her responsibilities include general administration, human resources, and finance, helping to support the project teams in their day-to-day work.

As a Project Assistant, Sajani supports various projects in the planning and implementation of data collection, data preparation and analysis, and reporting. In this role, she combines her organizational skills with an analytical approach.

Sajani has completed an apprenticeship as a commercial employee (EFZ) in the services and administration sector, with a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate. She subsequently completed her Bachelor's degree in Facility Management with a specialization in Real Estate from ZHAW. Her bachelor's thesis focused on the circular economy and the reuse of building components, with a particular emphasis on windows. Since her studies, her interest in sustainability, real estate, and energy has shaped both her professional development and her work at TEP.

In her free time, Sajani enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time in nature.
