Electricity consumption and AI in Swiss data centres – a presentation at the European Power Network

At the European Power Network’s monthly meetings, members regularly discuss current energy issues, thereby promoting the exchange of experiences amongst themselves.

As part of this event, Martin Jakob gave a presentation on the electricity consumption of Swiss data centres and the impact of AI on this. The presentation was based on the findings of the data centre study carried out by TEP Energy on behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy.
