From theory to practice - Raiffeisen launches a green bond based on the TEP study

Green bonds are a form of bond that is used to invest in companies or projects that contribute to environmental, nature or climate protection. In the case of the Raiffeisen Green Bond, the proceeds are used to finance so-called 'best in class' buildings. This means that the buildings are among the top 15 per cent of buildings in terms of energy efficiency and climate compatibility. This threshold was developed in the course of the project K"Criteria for Climate-Compatible Building Financing in Switzerland".
